It can be hard to inspect the internal parts of your home so, if you are building your home, take that opportunity to make sure everything is being incorporated properly. We will come in on your new home build in typically 3 phase (you can request more) and they are as follows

• Framing - Once framing and mechanicals are all in place is the first milestone and a great opportunity to inspect before everything is covered up by drywall.

• Finishes - While interior finishes and trims are being worked on, we make sure your finishes are being implemented how they were intended.

• Final Inspection - A typical home inspection once construction is complete as one last check to make sure no more changes or updates are required.
