Andrew was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and brings a strong structural engineering background to every inspection he performs. After graduating from the University of Louisville, he built a career around understanding how homes are designed, constructed, and how problems develop over time, giving him insight that goes far beyond a typical checklist inspection.
As a licensed Kentucky home inspector, Andrew started his own company to help protect homebuyers with clear, detailed evaluations they can trust. He has been involved in building and inspecting homes throughout Louisville and the surrounding counties, from cozy starter homes to multi‑million‑dollar custom properties, and uses this hands‑on experience to spot issues early and explain what they mean in practical, straightforward terms.
