New construction inspections actually consist of three separate inspections starting from the ground up. The name of the game for home builders is speed and with speed comes mistakes. We will be by your side to ensure your home is being built to the highest standards. Read more below about each phase.

Foundation

The first inspection will be before the foundation is even poured. The foundation of your home is arguably the most important aspect of your home as issues could cost you 10s of thousands of dollars in the long run. We check to ensure the foundation is properly reinforced and ready to be poured.

Framing

Next we have the framing inspection and this is an important step as it is the last time we can easily make plumbing, electrical, and HVAC changes if need be. Once drywall goes up, changes get much more difficult. We check every area of the home to confirm the home is ready to be insulated and drywalled.

Final

Lastly, we have a more typical home inspection and we inspect every component of your new home to make sure there’s no remaining issues before your builder heads out to leave you making repairs yourself.
